One word – PERFECT!!
Lovely villa that suited our family holiday perfectly. Age range from 14 years to 88 years. Everything we needed was provided in the villa – including the gorgeous south facing pool. Kay was excellent from my first enquiry and continued to go the extra mile to the very end.

Thanks, once again for a wonderful holiday at your beautiful home. Our 3rd time here and it hasn’t disappointed us. You have provided everything we needed to make our holiday wishes come true.
The pool is a refreshing luxury after busy days out. Lots of fantastic restaurants in driving distance and very easy access to the parks. Animal Kingdom Lodge and Boma restaurant is a must. So many lovely places to visit.
The villa is my new “Happy Place.” We will be back next year!

What a stunning house and in such beautiful surroundings. All bedrooms are of a good size with comfy beds and the kitchen and living areas are spacious and well equipped. The children particularly loved the pool, spa and games room….we all did. Kay is a super host….always on hand to answer questions (even some very dumb moments from me) and offer advice. So so glad we chose Watersong Sunset Villa for our stay.

Watersong Sunset villa has a BIG WOW factor, it’s spotlessly clean, well decorated and maintained to a very high level. Zach and Scarlett loved the pool and never wanted to get out. Lovely views from back of villa, overlooking trees and lake, villa is totally private and not overlooked. At the end of hard day at theme parks it was lovely to go back to villa – a quiet sanctuary, lovely to sit by pool when grandkids are fast asleep having glass of wine and hearing all the lovely wildlife. Honestly the best villa we have stayed in, would return without a doubt, and would definitely recommend, you will NOT be disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about this home, or the owners Peter and Kay. They were so accommodating when we had to change our dates and were genuinely concerned about our safe travel and that we should enjoy our stay in Florida. The house is perfectly clean and perfect for relaxing after a long day of shopping or Disney. We even left Disney early so that we could spend more time at the house and enjoy it.
