We are British owners and our love of Florida began when we first started visiting Walt Disney World in the early 1990s. Since then, we have enjoyed many holidays here with our family over the years. Having stayed in various Disney hotels, we have also enjoyed the space and freedom a villa offers, and so after several years of research, we decided to turn our dream of buying our own villa into a reality.
We viewed many villas on lots of different communities, but it was Watersong which kept drawing us back. Located in a nature reserve, the homes are surrounded by lush woodlands and natural lakes, with lots of local wildlife – including the resident family of cranes! It has a very homely feel and we are proud to be part of this lovely community.
Until such time when we can spend longer periods here ourselves, we are happy to open our home out as a holiday rental so that others may enjoy and experience all that Florida has to offer. Our aim is to visit twice a year to continually ensure that everything is in order for the enjoyment and comfort of our guests. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do.
Our villa is kept to a very high standard and looked after by our management company who are local to Watersong. Should any difficulties arise during your stay, they can be reached by phone. If unavailable, you can leave a voicemail and they will respond as soon as possible. We, too, are just a phone call/email away and will do everything possible to ensure your holiday is enjoyable and stress-free.
